You will learn alongside experienced team members, develop practical horticultural skills and understand the standards expected in every garden.
Training continues as you progress, helping you build your knowledge, confidence and responsibilities over time.

We provide your uniform, PPE, professional tools and company vehicle where required. Our teams work with well-maintained equipment, electric vans and organic treatments, without relying on harsh chemicals.
The right equipment is ready, so you can focus on doing the work properly.

There is a genuine path from Garden Operative to Team Leader, with responsibility for your own vehicle, round and crew.
As the company grows, further opportunities are available across horticulture, operations and team management.

Our teams work throughout the year, not only during the busiest gardening months. You will have a stable role, regular working patterns and the opportunity to build a long-term career with us.

Run your own electric van, kit and route with an operative alongside you. For an experienced gardener who'd rather solve a problem than report one. Full UK driving licence required.
Where we hire
Our crews load up at our Sidcup depot (DA14) in Kent each morning, so our gardening and garden maintenance jobs sit within easy reach of both Kent and South East London. Wherever you are based across the areas below, there is likely a round near you.
