How it works
What happens, step by step
Surface assessed
Block paving, sandstone, concrete and York stone all need different pressures. We assess and dial the kit before we touch the surface.
Cleaned in passes
Hot water for oil and grease, cold water for general grime. Block paving cleaned in even passes so no surface looks lighter than another.
Joints re-sanded, sealed
Kiln-dried sand brushed into block-paving joints after cleaning, with optional breathable, non-yellowing sealing for longevity.

What's included

Block paving re-sanded after
Kiln-dried sand brushed into every joint. Stops weeds, prevents wash-out, holds the paving locked together.
Hot-water for oil and grease
Oil drips and grease patches lifted with hot water. Stain removers used sparingly where chemistry is the right answer.
Sandstone and stone tested first
Indian sandstone, York stone and natural stone tested on a hidden patch before pressure is dialled up. Pitting prevented.
Optional breathable sealing
A non-yellowing, breathable sealant available as an add-on. Doubles the time between cleans and locks in the sand.
Plant beds protected
Pre-rinsed and sheeted where the wash zone runs alongside borders. No detergent swept into your beds.
Issues flagged on the day
Loose blocks, settlement, cracked slabs: all flagged on the day so you can plan repairs rather than discover them later.

We are a carbon neutral company with a fully electric fleet. Wash water and run-off are managed responsibly, kept out of borders and drains where it matters, and detergents are used sparingly and only where they are the right answer. A lighter footprint, for the same finish.

Everything you need to know
Will it damage my block paving?
Not when done properly. We dial pressure to the surface and re-sand the joints after cleaning to lock the paving back together.
Can you remove oil stains?
Yes. Hot water and the right detergent lift most oil stains. Deep stains may need a second pass or a specialist product, and we will tell you what to expect.
Do you re-sand the joints?
Yes. Kiln-dried sand is brushed into every joint after cleaning. It is included as standard on every block-paving clean.
Can you seal the drive?
Yes. A breathable, non-yellowing sealant is available as an add-on. It doubles the time between cleans and locks in the sand.
Is this safe for sandstone?
Patch-tested first. We dial the pressure down for sandstone and softer natural stones. Where jet washing is not right, we soft-wash instead, and we will say so.
