Willow Alexander Gardeners Limited (“we”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect your name, email address, postcode and any information you include in the message. If you book a site visit we may also store visit notes, property details and photographs taken with your consent.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you have commissioned, issue invoices, and send occasional studio updates you have opted in to. We do not use personal data for advertising and never sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for twenty-four months after last contact. Client project records are retained for seven years after project completion in line with HMRC requirements. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct errors, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@willowalexander.co.uk and we will respond within thirty days.
