Booking terms

These terms apply when you book any Willow Alexander Gardeners service: one-off visits, clearance, restoration, or a recurring maintenance schedule.

Site visit

A free site visit is offered before any new engagement. We will assess scope, confirm access, and provide a written quote within two working days. Booking a visit places you under no obligation.

Quotes and acceptance

Written quotes are valid for sixty days from the date of issue. Work is booked only after you accept the quote in writing. Verbal agreements are not binding.

Visits and rescheduling

Scheduled visits are carried out by our employed team. We may reschedule for weather (heavy rain, frozen ground, unsafe winds) and will give you the earliest practical alternative. You may reschedule any planned visit by giving forty-eight hours' notice.

Payment

Invoices are issued by HoWA Living Ltd on completion of each visit or at month-end for recurring schedules. Payment terms are fourteen days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract interest at the Bank of England base rate plus 4% in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to the garden and for ensuring that any pets are secured during visits. Our team follows documented method statements and will pause any activity that they judge to be unsafe.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a recurring maintenance schedule with thirty days' written notice. No cancellation fee applies.

Waste

We carry a full waste-carrier licence. Every bag of green waste is taken for municipal composting. Documentation is available on request.
