Tender or enquiry
We respond to RFP, ITT or direct enquiry within one working day. Sample documents available on request.
Site survey
Free, no-obligation site survey. Our commercial lead attends with the foreman who would manage the contract.
Mobilisation
Six weeks from contract signature to first visit. PPE, signage, RAMS, KPIs, reporting cadence all agreed in writing.
Ongoing care
Weekly visits, monthly reporting, quarterly stewardship review with the client lead. The same foreman, year after year.

What's included

Dedicated foreman
A named foreman assigned to your site for the contract, on every visit, with a deputy briefed for cover.
Weekly attendance
Mowing, edging, weeding, litter pick, planted-area care and a written report after every visit.
Seasonal works
Spring mulching, autumn aeration and over-seeding, hedge cutting in the right window, leaf clearance from October to January.
Health and safety
RAMS for every site activity, daily toolbox talks, and a Working at Height plan where the brief requires it.
Reporting
Monthly KPI report covering attendance, completed works, photographs, waste manifests and any client-facing observations.
ESG and audit
Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reported annually, with full supply-chain audit and waste transfer documentation available on request.
All work is carried out by our own directly employed teams, never subcontracted.

We run our business on three simple commitments. Every visit. Every site. REUSE. Healthy plants lifted from a renovation find new homes. Timber from prunings returns as chipped mulch. Stone and brick from clearance go back into new schemes. RECYCLE. Every bag of green waste leaves the site bound for municipal composting. RESTORE. Wherever we work, we plant for pollinators, leave standing seedheads for overwintering insects, and restore soil that has been stripped or compacted.

Are you fully insured?
Yes. We carry industry-standard public liability and employers' liability insurance, plus contract-specific extensions where required. Certificates and policy limits available on request.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every person on a Willow Alexander site is employed by us. No subcontractors. It is why our work is consistent.
What ESG documentation can you provide?
Annual Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions report, supply-chain audit, waste transfer documentation, social value reporting, and a full ESG pack for tender or audit. Sample available on request.
What sectors do you work with?
Residential developments, private estates, schools, boutique hotels, residents' associations, and Grade-listed properties where the grounds are part of the heritage brief.
