Chislehurst keeps a village feel that its BR7 postcode barely hints at, with the Common and its ponds at the centre and generous, mature plots running off the main roads. Many of the gardens we design here sit behind Victorian and Edwardian houses, or the substantial inter-war homes around the Common and Camden Park, where there is room for real structure: clipped hedging, specimen trees, and borders with genuine depth.
The ground tends to the free-draining greensand that runs through this part of the borough, which opens up a wide planting palette, from Mediterranean-leaning gravel schemes to lush, layered planting under an existing canopy. We design for what each plot wants, and for how it will look not just next summer, but in ten years' time.

A garden reaches its best years after planting. Our own gardeners maintain many of our designs, pruning to intent and editing borders as they mature.
